Proof of funds — bank statements are requested and reviewed to confirm the tenant is genuinely capable of meeting the rental commitment over the full term.
Employment verification — for employed tenants, we contact their employer directly using official company contact details, not information provided by the applicant. For a tenant employed by a global company, we will contact HR directly to verify role and salary.
Income to rent ratio — as a benchmark, we require a tenant’s annual income to comfortably exceed the rental commitment. For a property renting at €2,000 per month, we would expect the tenant to earn in excess of €60,000 per year.
