PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

As soon as you enter the property, you’ll find a small hall, and to the left, the living room with a WC. Continuing on, you’ll come across the patio, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Moving forward, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your vacation: fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more.

Taking the beautiful staircase upstairs, you’ll find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. To the right is the master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Next, you’ll find the second bathroom with a shower. On the left wing, there are two more bedrooms. The first one has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, while the adjacent room has two single beds with the possibility of making them into a double bed, and a built-in wardrobe.

Continuing upwards, you’ll reach the top floor, which gives access to a beautiful terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower, perfect for beach days.

** The terrace has been renovated. The images at the time of booking may not be up to date. When the new outdoor furniture is purchased it will be updated automatically.

Please note that the bedroom with the pull-out bed: when the second bed is extended, it partially blocks the hallway. This can easily be resolved by repositioning the bed or moving it to another bedroom if preferred.

You can book directly with Marbella Lettings in many ways. Equally you can use the booking system further down this page. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €200 is charged for cleaning.

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
