The apartment is situated on the ground floor. It has no steps and is also suitable for people with disabilities.

On entering the apartment you will find two bedrooms both with double beds on the right hand side. Both share a bathroom with a bathtub.
As you move along the apartment, you will come to a kitchen, dining room and living room. From this area, you have access to the terrace.
To your left, you will find a very good sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a large window that gives access to the spacious terrace that connects to the living room.

Along the terrace there are fantastic views to the mountains and the sea.

The complex has a wonderful infinity pool with stunning views.

**At the end of 2023 it is planned to open a heated pool and a gym.
