PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This stunning modern ground-floor apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. It is also ideal for those working remotely, thanks to its high-speed internet access.

The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen includes a induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. It’s separated from the dining area by a bar with seating, creating a casual yet practical layout.

Upon entering the property, you’ll find a dedicated space on the right housing the washing machine and tumble dryer, which helps keep the main living area visually clean and uncluttered.

To the left is the master bedroom, featuring a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and TV. Continuing to the right, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower.

Moving further in, you’ll reach the kitchen and dining area, and down the hallway, a second bathroom with a bathtub and the second bedroom, which also has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. This bedroom includes a window with access to the terrace.

The apartment is located within Santa Maria Village, a beautifully maintained development just a 5-minute drive from Elviria shopping centre. The community and the property itself are both suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Equally you can use the booking system further down this page. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €130 is charged for cleaning.

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
