PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The penthouse is spread over two floors and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen connected to the spacious living room, which is filled with natural light thanks to a large window leading to the terrace.

The comfortable living room is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. From this space, you can access the terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

Continuing down the main hallway, you’ll find two of the bedrooms on the right. The first features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, followed by a spacious room with a double bed and a private bathroom. To the left, you’ll discover the third bedroom with two single beds in a bunk bed style. Just steps away is the convenient second bathroom, fully equipped for your needs.

Returning to the entrance and heading to the right wing, you’ll find the staircase leading to the second floor.

On the second floor, there’s an additional space with a sofa, along with a full bathroom with a separate shower. On this floor, a beautiful glass window surrounds the area, allowing natural light to flood in and providing access to a spacious terrace with breathtaking views. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors and panoramic views. On this floor, you’ll find the washing machine and a fan, as it does not have air conditioning.

The complex has a concierge and 24-hour security. Our property includes a parking space, which is especially appreciated during the summer months. It stands out for its large garden area, five pools with waterfalls and decorative fountains, extensive tropical gardens, and common areas with a children’s area, as well as two paddle courts and a gym.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

PARKING

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €250 is charged for cleaning.

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.
