This 4 bedroom detached villa offers an amazing opportunity to stay in a traditional style villa just 5 minutes from Puerto Banus. Located in a strategic location where you are only minutes away from the beach, golf courses, supermarkets, shops and much more.

The property is arranged over 3 floors.
On the first floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. This floor is at the level of the swimming pool.

The other two floors are accessed by the outside stairs, here we find the living room, dining room, a large fully fitted kitchen and a guest toilet. In this area we have access to the terrace and garden, there is also a ping pong table at the client’s disposal.

On the third and last floor, we find the three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed has a terrace with beautiful views, it has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Continuing on we find the next bedroom with a double bed and a small desk and the third bedroom with two single beds. These last two bedrooms share the bathroom with bathtub.

All rooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
