PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This modern well equipped apartment is situated on the ground floor. Upon entering the apartment you enter into an open plan lounge/kitchen area which has breakfast bar, The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4 guests and a flat screen TV.

There is a small terrace with a cafe bistro table which is accessible from the lounge and the second bedroom.
The sofa turns into a bed, sleeping an additional 2 persons if required.

Bedroom one has 2 single beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom is to the left and this has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink.

Bedroom two has a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has an ensuite with a large walk in shower, sink and toilet.

The fabulous roof top swimming pool is accessible via a lift and has amazing panoramic sea and mountain views with all day sunshine and beautiful sunsets. Guests can relax on the sun beds which are provided.

If you really want to work up a sweat, there is an onsite gym with various equipment to keep you in shape.

You have everything you need in the apartment itself and surrounding area, making this a wonderful stay for everyone.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €130 is charged for cleaning.

ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
