PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The flat is part of a newly built complex designed with a modern and contemporary style to ensure all guests feel relaxed at all times. The property is built on one level. As you enter, on the right wing of the property, you will find the kitchen integrated with the lounge. This area is incredibly bright, thanks to the large window spanning from end to end of the living room, providing access to the beautiful terrace. The terrace is fully furnished with outdoor furniture where you can dine, relax, and sunbathe at your leisure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and everything else you might need to feel at home.

The lounge offers a cozy seating area with a chaise longue sofa and access to a smart TV. The dinning area is up to 6 guests.

On the left wing of the property, there is a hallway leading to the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and iron.

Along the hallway to the left, you will find the first bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and WC. Continuing down the hall, the first bedroom includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan.

On the right, you’ll find the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. This bedroom also includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bright and ample layout, a TV, a built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and a double bed.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €150 is charged for cleaning.

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
