The apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for up to 6 guests, the home is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. There’s a secure underground parking space included, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

As you enter, to your right you’ll find a spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto a large private terrace with contemporary chill-out furniture.

The lounge includes a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, while the open-plan kitchen creates a sociable space to cook, dine, and relax. You can enjoy meals either at the indoor dining table or outdoors on the terrace, which features a dining set for six guests—ideal for al fresco meals in the Mediterranean breeze.

The outdoor area is a true highlight, featuring comfortable furniture and a barbecue, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy long summer evenings with family or friends.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need, including a hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

To the left wing of the apartment, you’ll find a utility room with a washing machine. Next, there are two twin bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes. These rooms share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, conveniently located just across the hallway.

At the end of the hall, you’ll discover the master bedroom, featuring a double bed, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool, open from April 1st to October 15th, between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm – perfect for cooling off during the warmer days.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €200 is charged for cleaning.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited inside the property, and we do not accept groups under the age of 25. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
