The property is located in the area of Marbesa, which is located between Elviria and Cabopino. From this, you are walking distance to the beach and many fantastic beach restaurants.

The house is located over two levels and comes with private parking and is completely gated around.

As you access the house you are greeted by an open lounge and dining area with a guest toilet on your left and a utility room on your right. On the right hand side of the lounge area is a fully fitted kitchen. You will also find a second lounge area with television on the bottom level, which is perfect for guests that stay with you or for small children that want to relax and watch television. On the ground level, you have access to an exquisite patio / terrace area which is perfect for relaxing, sun bathing, entertaining or dining. These areas are fully furnished to accommodate all of these eventualities.

The swimming pool is heated and has steps that lead into the pool, which is ideal if you have small children.

To the left of the house you have two bedrooms and one bathroom. All of which is furnished and designed to a high standard.

There is a staircase that will lead you up to the second level of the villa. Directly at the top of the house you will find an open lounge area with television (third lounge, extra bedroom, study area). To the left you will find a guest bedroom with bathroom and towards to the right of the house on the second level you will find the master bedroom with walking in wardrobe and access to en-suite bathroom.

Both bedrooms and third lounge area have access to the second level terrace which has partial sea views and pool views. This terrace faces south giving you all day sun shine.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €2500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €302.50 is charged for cleaning.
