The development is called La Cala Hills, the apartment is in phase 1, the complex is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with flowering trees and manicured lawns. The apartment comes with its own underground parking space to keep your car out of the sun, although if you wish the complex has outdoor parking available for residents.

The apartment is on the second floor and has a lift. There are no stairs to access the property, making it suitable for people with a disability

It is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. There are three bedrooms, the first two share a bathroom and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property has a terrace with stunning mountain views.

May : €80 per night

June : €100 per night

July : €125 per night

August : €140 per night

September : €100 per night

October to December : €60 per night

Christmas: 75€ per night
