The villa is built on two main levels. There is private parking located within the property with space for two vehicules.

On the ground floor you will find four bedrooms all with ensuit bathrooms.

Large open plan great room with access to a terrace with stunning views of the garden, pool and the sea. This terrace is perfect for all day enjoyment and can accommodate a large number of people. Inside the living room there is a flat screen TV with multiple channels. There is also fully equipped kitchen.

DEPOSIT

• 25% deposit required at the time of booking
• Full payment required if booked within 60 days of your arrival date

PAYMENT 

• Payment can be made with a credit card or bank transfer

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Within 30 days – no refund
• Within 60 days – 50% of monies refunded

PRICES :

January to April : €1500 per night

Easter (1st – 15th April) : €2000 per night

Mid April – May: €1800 per night

June: €2100 per night

July and August: €2900 per night

Please note : There is a €500 cleaning charge for all bookings.
*Pool heating available at €500 per week min cost.
