PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This amazing holiday rental speaks for itself! The house has been renovated with an Ibiza Chill Out feeling, so that all guests feel relaxed at all times. The property is built over three levels with main entrance coming in off the beach access road. You have a lovely terrace on the ground outside level where you can dine, relax and sun bath should you wish. As you go in the property you have a comfortable lounge area with large corner sofa and access to a smart television (Netflix etc).

Within this area you will also find a dining area and kitchen with all appliances and utilities that you will require (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and more).

As you proceed up to the first floor you will find the sleeping area and three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Equally you can use the booking system further down this page. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

Please ensure you have checked the “Availability Calendar” below to ensure your dates are available.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will initially request 25% of the total payment of your holiday. The final balance will then be payable 60 days before your stay. If the booking is less than 60 days away, you will be required to make full payment.

MAKING PAYMENT

We are happy to accept payment via Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any problems with the booking system, please contact info@marbellalettings.com with the dates you wish to book and we can arrange the booking and payment with you directly.

Once you have informed Marbella Lettings you with to book a property, we will send you a copy of the booking conditions to check, sign and return ensuring you are happy with everything. The booking will not be final until we have received a completed copy of our signed booking conditions.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel within 60 days of your booking commencing, there will be no refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Marbella Lettings will request a payment of €500 towards any damages and this will be returned after your booking has been completed. (Usually within 10 days when the property has been checked).

CLEANING FEE

A payment of €180 is charged for cleaning.

PRICES

Special rates for February and March:

• February: €124.50 per night
• March: €148.20 per night (excluding Easter week)

ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION

No group bookings under the age of 25 will be allowed.

You will be required to complete a copy of our booking conditions. The booking is not confirmed until these have been completed.
