PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The apartment is part of the well known Cortijo del Mar Resort, which offers 24-hour security, landscaped gardens throughout the urbanisation, a large communal swimming pool, and a pool bar open from Easter to October.

The property is built on one level. Upon entering you will find, the living area which includes a comfortable sofa, smart TV and a dining space for up to six guests. Large sliding doors open onto the private terrace, where you’ll find sunbeds perfect for enjoying the warm Málaga sunshine, as well as an outdoor dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need during your stay, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a full set of utensils. From the kitchen, you can access the laundry room, which includes a washing machine, ironing board, and additional supplies.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double sink, and direct access to the terrace through large windows. The second bedroom includes two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Next to this bedroom you will find the second bathroom equipped with a hydromassage bathtub.

The resort offers beautifully maintained gardens and a spacious central swimming pool, creating a peaceful and family-friendly environment.

An underground parking space is included for added convenience, although street parking is usually easy to find as well.
