The closest beach is the dune of Artola, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol with its many beach clubs and the port of Cabopino.

The space

The villa has a constructed area of 338m2, with beautiful views, terraces and garden.

The property is decorated in Mediterranean style with contemporary touches. Located in Cabopino a beautiful area in constant expansion and development

As soon as you enter the villa you are welcomed by the beautiful swimming pool ( 1.60 depth and 11×4.5m in length), heated for the colder months with salt water (pool heating will be an additional charge, please contact us for further details).

Around the pool area you will find have a mobile pergola, outdoor furniture and sunbeds. You will find everything you need to have a relaxing holiday by the pool

The living room can be integrated into the garden thanks to the beautiful folding window, integrating the kitchen and living room with the pool. The kitchen and living room are soundproofed.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

As you enter the villa, to the left is the living room with two leather sofas and a small desk. Along this area there is a large window overlooking the pool and the beautiful green garden.

To the right is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Continuing downstairs is the fully equipped open plan kitchen and lounge with seating for eight.
A beautiful bay window runs through the whole level.

On entering the property and descending the stairs, to the left is the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and to the right is the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Continuing to the right, there is a bathroom shared with the other two bedrooms. We have one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds and a terrace overlooking a small and beautiful garden with lemon trees and green plants that give a totally cosy atmosphere.

On the ground floor we have a terrace with a view of the mountains, which is worth admiring both during the day and on a beautiful starry night.

The property has two parking spaces for your vehicle.

Prices :

October to May: € 600 per night

June to September: €900 per night

Please note that there is an additional €250 to be paid for cleaning.
