Contact Marbella Lettings via this web site, email, whatsapp or social media.  We will ask you a few questions that relate to your rental requirements.

View Properties

We will show you an array of properties that you may like.

Offer

Should you see a rental property that you like and wish to make an offer.  We will speak to the owner on your behalf.  Once the offer had been accepted, we will ask for a deposit of the first months rent to secure the property and take that property off the open market.

Contract Signing / Move In

On the date of moving in to the property, we will ask you to sign a Spanish legal contract.  We will also ask you for the damage deposit (contact us for more information).  Equally we will give you the keys to your new home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Marbella Lettings do not charge you any fees for a property that is listed directly with them (unless stated otherwise in writing before hand).  We will only charge a commission if you request for us to isolate a property via a third party agent or broker.  This will be explained to you in detail so there are no surprises.

Marbella Lettings have been in operation for over fifteen years now.

We offer all of our property owners the option of our fully managed long term rental service.  A high percentage are fully managed, so we will take care of you and the owner at all times.

Marbella Lettings cover the  Marbella and surrounding areas.  This is from La Cala de Mijas to Estepona.

You can contact Marbella Lettings via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. Not to mention Whatsapp or email.

Yes, Marbella Lettings will always request a deposit towards damage, utilities and rental payments. This will be no less than two months rent (depending on the property in question).

Yes, we will request references at all times.  This will include the following:

– Previous rental reference of proof of home ownership if you were a home owner.

– Proof of employment or company ownership.

– Proof of earnings.

The usual period for long term rentals is a minimum of 12 months.
