As you may be aware, Marbella Lettings try to provide the best possible service available, but we have to enjoy our down time also. From this, our office hours are :
Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00 (not including bank holidays).
Contact Details : +34 626973973 – info@marbellalettings.com
We understand that issues may arise outside of these hours and we want to ensure you have the tools to manage any problems or emergencies, should they arise outside of these office hours and in case of severe emergency.
If you are renting a property for holidays or on a long term basis and need access to a contractor in a severe emergency (only in case of an emergency and outside of office hours and all attempts to solve the problem have been exhausted and you have no response from Marbella Lettings), please reference the numbers below. Please note that these should only be used in an emergency and once these people have been contacted, you must then send a report immediately to info@marbellalettings.com reporting said issue.
Unfortunately if the issue is deemed to be a human error or something simple that could have been solved by the tenant, then unfortunately this will have to be paid for by the tenant. From this, we would ask that all measures have been taken to try and isolate a solution to the problem yourself. The contractor is question will always be asked for a report of the issue and must be supplied at all times. Please see a list of contractors below.
